I went for a slightly different interpretation of “Tranquil”, the second prompt of Inktober: Snake’s tranquilizer gun. Combined with Jigglypuff’s singing, the two could be the ultimate sleeper team. I would also like to add that I do NOT condone Snake exposing Jigglypuff to secondhand smoke.
