Eggman may seem like an easy mark, but I’d fear for Cipher’s safety. He has basically both skillsets of the Stan brothers.

Why I love Dr. Eggman as a villain

Most egomaniacal dictators are

“No fun allowed!”

The American portrayals had him like this for a long time

But nowadays its like

“If you’re not having fun you have poor taste and you should feel bad!”

I am really into the theory that a big reason he freed Chaos was to turn Station Square into a waterpark citystate . People would be forced to commute by rides and complainers sent to reeducation camps.
