Don’t make any excuses not to. Just go see it. Let it make a lot of money, even more than Venom is making right now. I want this movie to go into the billions or at least over 500 million, because even though it hasn’t come out yet…
It deserves a lot!
I have never been this hyped about a movie since Thor Ragnarok, and both that and Into The Spider-verse grabbed people’s attention the moment its teaser trailer came out. Even the first 35 minutes of the film has gotten critical acclaim from everybody who’s seen it, and it’s hyped up those who saw it a lot more because they want to know what happens next.
Don’t just do it for Miles. Do it for Sony. Their movies have often been regarded as sub-par or the worst to happen in animation *cough*Emoji Movie*cough* but if there’s anything they can do better with Spider-man than Disney, it’s animation. Spider-man: The New Animated Series, Spectacular Spider-man.
What has Disney done? Ultimate Spider-man and Marvel’s Spider-man 2017.
Yay.
Now, I know there are fans of these two, but admit it. They do not hold a candle to Spectacular Spider-man.
When are you ever gonna be able to get a Spider-man movie about Miles Morales? And a standalone one, nonetheless?
Hell, when’s the last time Kingpin was ever a Spider-man villain in a movie? I know he’s regarded a Daredevil villain, but he started out as a Spider-man villain. In fact, he hasn’t been a Spider-man villain in a cartoon since 2003′s New Animated series! This would be his return to a Spidey cartoon in 15 years! Go celebrate that, you guys!
Let Sony make a lot of money with this movie. Let this become a franchise they can milk alongside Venom.
