Someone refusing to pay you money you earned isn’t a real problem? Spider Gwen clearly lives a privileged life if someone stiffing you on a paycheck doesn’t count as a real problem in her world.
I love this post with all my heart but I’m furious at netflix subtitles for changing the line to “do you need to be nursed back to health” from “do you need to be nursed tenderly back to health”
My hunch is that it’s actually the voice actors who adlib and change around lines when they record to sound more natural and based on character. And that netflix is just using the script as the subtitles, so things are mismatched sometimes

Basically this all happened because Scorpia’s family are big friendly hospitable doofs who probably slept on the fold-out so Hordak could have the queen bed.
This is even funnier in the show, where this is like… Zero pause between Seahawk’s line and Scorpia’s response. Even with Scorpia being unable to remember him, she can immediately rule out this possibility without even thinking.
finding out he’s apparently still alive in the production notes was weird. The fact he left the kingdom sometime ago after passing it on to her is strange.

Sea princess kept watch over the gate and her home even after literally everyone else (except that one guy) had left. By the time the BFS gets there she’s just seems resigned to the fact that everything is going to fall apart, and even so she still doesn’t think of leaving
Girl either has a god tier sense of duty or loves her home almost more than anything else. I’m betting on both
I’m also thinking that the actual saving of the sea gate wasn’t what made her join best friend squad
