Man there’s ALWAYS something new to learn about animals! Today I learned that the suction force of a walrus’s mouth can rip open a hole in plywood and it’s how some walruses kill seals when they’re hungry enough!!!

I mean, EVENTUALLY kill them, it probably doesn’t kill them immediately.

“I read several accounts reporting fowl to occasionally feature on walrus
menus. One, published in 2004, recorded thick-billed murres (Uria lomvia)
being taken time and again by walruses off Coats Island in Hudson Bay,
Canada. All they left behind were the bones and feathers, the
walruses’  pumping tongues creating enough of a vacuum to strip the
birds of their  softer body parts.

This is the most viscerally horrifying bit of animal trivia I have ever read, and that includes everything I learned about Humboldt penguins.

We got our first look at S.H. Monsterarts’ Godzilla: King of the Monsters figures that give us our first look at King Ghidorah, Mothra, and Rodan!

ギドラかっこいい!モスラが微妙…

モスラは、羽の目の模様が良いですね!(*^_^*)

原点回帰?

I knew I remembered bipedial concept art for the original Mothra fil ! So glad to learn I’m not crazy.

So Taranza huh

Robobot establishes Sectonia as thousands of years old and having traces of species long extinct in her DNA (you know how she fused with the Dreamstalk? Implied she’s done stuff like that before but not out of desperation but to increase her beauty.)

Meanwhile Taranza, if localization was accurate, is just a young boy.

He never had a chance…

Ok just who the hell IS
Kotaro Tatsumi? He seems to be pulling off Batman gambits left and right like he fully planned everything that happened so far and everything that’s going to happen in the remainder of the show…

My current guess is “really shitty fairy godfather”.
